Small Item Delivery - If your entire order is small and is no larger than the size/weight indicated on the Satchel bag at checkout please choose the Satchel Bag Delivery. This is 1 kg - $5.95/3kg - $8.95/5kg - $10.95 for delivery Australia-wide. If you select this option and your order does not fit into this bag you will be contacted.

For items and orders which do not fit into the satchels please use the above rates. This shipping table above is the maximum you will pay for your ENTIRE order (excludes Large Item Delivery)
Large Item Delivery - Items which are very large will be subjuect to an additional $7.50 freight charge. This logo will be displayed on the product image/description.
We use Fastway Couriers, Allied Express, Blue Star, TNT or Australia Post for all parcel deliveries. Please advise a street address only. PO Boxes will not be accepted.
Delivery Schedule
All orders are despatched within 24 hours of next business day, direct deposit payments will be despatched same day payment has cleared. Whilst we endeavour to keep to our high minimum standard of 24 hr despatch in peak periods there may be a short delay.
Express Post Delivery - This is an option, depending on your location and order size, please contact us at sales@earthhomewares.com.au for a quote.
International customers
Earth de Fleur Homewares can accept orders from international customers outside Australia, however please note delivery is only available within Australia.

We trade at the Southbank Lifestyle Market every Friday 5pm-10pm, Saturday 10am-5pm & Sunday 9am-5pm. You are most welcome to purchase online to guarantee availability of your product. We do ship World-wide to selected countries only. Please contact us and advise your address and product quantities. We will provide you with a shipping quote and estimated delivery time.
Although every effort is made to ship your order according to the estimated delivery times provided, estimated ship times may change due to changes in supply or circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery and Cancellation
We will deliver a Product between 1-3 business days after acceptance of an Order, in accordance with the terms of Delivery Schedule. If you wish to change or cancel your Order, you must immediately contact sales@earthhomewares.com.au we will endeavour to accommodate your request, if the product/s have not been despatched.
What happens if my products are damaged when I receive them?
If your product is damaged upon delivery, contact us and we will replace your item immediately (providing the item is available, otherwise a replacement will be offered or a full refund). We will take full responsibility and endeavour to have this rectified as soon as possible. Please carefully inspect your product/s on arrival, all claims for breakage must be made within 7 days of receiving, no claims will be warranted after this time. We also require proof via image on email so we can make our insurance claim on these item/s.
